“Great place to work from anywhere: We spent a month-long working vacation in France, and one of our stops was the Loire Valley. Châtel Rose is the perfect place for us to explore the chateaux and wines in the region during the day and work in the evenings. The apartment is beautifully decorated, very comfortable, and the well-appointed kitchen has everything. The restaurants are close by, not far from the city center, and the River Loire is a block away which makes for nice after-dinner strolls. “Studio apartment in great location: We loved this apartment in the downtown section of Blois, close to the main restaurants and attractions. It was perfect for the two of us for our 3-day stay. Parking is nearby, really only 2 blocks away so the drop-off was quite easy. A quiet street. As it is in the main level, sometimes you could hear passersby, but as it is a quiet street it was no bother to us. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom had a separate toilet room which is nice. Rosemary the host was very helpful and communicated throughout our visit to check on us. A lovely little shared patio garden for relaxing at the end of the day. We found this to be a great base for our day trips to the chateaus and countryside. Lots of good restaurants mere minutes away. « Lovely studio apartment: This flat was immaculately clean, and very pretty. The owner responded immediately to our questions and came over when we had some difficulty with the internet. We were able to walk to the chateau and all around town to cafes and shops from this flat. We were able to use public transportation from this location with a short walk.
